Wanted to find out what your recommendation for a semi transparent stain would be for a Pressure Treated deck in Massachusetts with full sun in the Summer and plenty of snow in the winter would be for a semi-transparent Deck Stain. My main concern is UV Protection and Longevity versus cosmetic issues. Deck is about 5 years old stained once with Olympic Maximum Semi Transparent oil based stain 3 months after I put it up.
