Here are some photos of Arbor Coat after one summer and one winter. Take a look and decide for yourself if you want to use it. To help with your decision, please know that when re-doing everything after one year, total sanding is necessary since stripper/power wash doesn't take it all off.

Sorry about your issues. We have seen this many times with the Arbor Coat. Look at the mildew! Horrible!
