Do I need to strip the olympic stain that is on the balusters and handrails or just clean and brighten? Most of it has worn off on the floor.

What stain would you recommend for my situation? Kansas City,Full Sun,PTP,no mold,10 year old deck - upper deck stained 9 years ago with olympic maxim...
