Super Deck is easily removed with the Restore A Deck Stripper kit and pressure washing: No need to sand. Stain with Defy Extreme Stain.

It is too early to stain now. See this for tips on new wood: Once you wait and prep, try Armstrong Clark in Natural or Cedar Tone transparent colors.
