Steps for Re-staining

Clean and brighten if using the same brand. Strip and brighten if switching brands. Either way it will be easy to prep old Ready Seal.

We use Padco and Sure line pads. Typically the 10" size.

After looking at several, I went with the Mr. LongArm Woodmates 9" Standard Deck Stain Applicator Pad. Works great. I got it at Sherwin Williams.

Best to clean and brighten for prep after heavy sanding. Try the TWP 100 Series as the stain.
