We have never seen a sealer that will enhance the color of composite decking. Not sure if that is possible but less us know if you find one.

Prep with the Restore A Deck Kits and pressure washing. Stain with TWP in the Honeytone. It will look great!

This depends on how well the top was closed. Does it mix up nicely with no clumps? Make sure it is not "thicker" then it was when last used.

Semi-solids do better in full sun as far as protecting from UV. That was the only reason.
