Staining new Fence this Weekend - Prep?

I forgot to add.....the pickets are rough sawn cedar, the rails are "smooth" cedar 2x4s and the posts are "smooth" pressure treated 4x4s.

Yes. Use a cleaner to remove the sand dust and use a wood brightener to neutralize the cleaner and to help "open" the wood grain better for the stain.

Watco is an interior wood finish. The RAD stripper is designed to remove exterior wood stains. I do not think it will work.
