Prep with the Restore A Deck Stripper/Brightener kit and pressure washing. Stain with TWP again or Armstrong Clark stains.

TWP 1500 Series or Armstrong Clark will work well for you. Maybe the Rustic Brown or Natural Oak by Armstrong.

Don't paint them. Nothing will stop tannin bleeding but it is usually not an issue. Use TWP 200 Series or Armstrong Clark.

Super Deck is easily removed with the Restore A Deck Stripper kit and pressure washing: No need to sand. Stain with Defy Extreme Stain.
