please advise what we should do to restore this deck
original stain was TWP

Prep with the Restore A Deck Stripper/Brightener kit and pressure washing. Stain with TWP again or Armstrong Clark stains.

I want to stain my wrap around porch. Should I use Cabot Australia timber oil or twp?
