We do not rate solid stains (yet) but we do like the Flood Solid Stains. I would not sue any of the 3 you mentioned.

I forgot to ask, does the deck need to be dry to apply TimberOil? I will wash and brighten before, but not sure if I should let it dry. Thank you
I would look at Armstrong Clark in the Mahogany color or Ipe Oil. Not sure on the chair marks. Maybe a general deck cleaner.
