No need to pressure wash before. Apply then pressure wash off.

I used a polyurethane on my wood log siding. After 2 years, the brand name of ZAR Clear Polyurethane is now blistering off. What should i use to remove this polyurethane? I want to use something that i can spray on and power wash off. I have a large house and scrapping or scrubbing is out of the question. I then want to use TWP1500 to seal the wood log siding. Would this be correct? I also need to know what i should use to remove the polyurethane?

Thanks

Strippers, cleaners, and or pressure washing will not remove a polyurethane. To remove you will need to use a media blasting type system. Look at corn cob blasting. This will need to be done by a professional as well.

Ok I got the corn cob media blaster. What would be a good oil base natural stain? I was thinking of staining my house with TWP1500 clear. What that be the best oil base stain on the market and will last the longest?

Thanks

The TWP clears have no UV resistance from graying. Need a tint/color for UV protection and the more tint/color you have, the better the protection. Look at TWP 1515 Honeytone if you want a light tint.
