Deck Stain Stripping Questions and Answers

Hello, i have just got a new home and the deck have the Behr deckover product on it, and of course its a mess. i have tried to pressure wash it out and that isn't working at all.. is there anyone that has been able to remove this produt either with a stripper or do i have to just sand it all by hand.. thanks for any help at all
