18 year old cedar deck in suburban Seattle.
Deck is exposed to sun (summer), rain (other 10 months of the year)
I have pressure washed and sanded the deck down to bare wood and it looks pretty good.
I'm looking for the stain that will last the longest. It's a big deck and takes a long time to maintain.
I do like the ease of cleanup of the water-based product but I really want whatever will last the longest in this climate.
