True Values Woodsman stain

I don't see a review for this particular stain on this site, nor am I able to find much about it on-line. The one tidbit I did find was a thread on another site where a poster brought up a Consumer Reports ranking of 5th overall for one of their stains and then 2nd overall for their semi-transparent. Does anyone have any additional information on this stain? Anyone have experience with it? Based on the CR article I am leaning towards using it as both Home Depot and True Value have either gotten rid of or cut way back on their stock of Flood stain that I was leaning towards. Any help or advice is appreciated.
