Hi, I live in Southern Ontario (Mississauga). I have a 7 year old cedar deck. It has not been stained in about 3 years. It is showing minor signs of rotting.

Please let me know which is transparent stains would work for my deck.

Thanks

For Canada, use the TWP 200 Series or Armstrong Clark Wood Stains.

@administrator Thanks for your prompt response. Where in Canada can I buy the TWP 200 Series or Armstrong Clark Wood Stains ? I looked at the Armstrong Clark website ( https://www.armclark.com/colors-products ) but I do not see an option to ship to Canada.

I would also like your opinion on the Defy Extreme Semi-Transparent Wood Stain - Crystal Clear

Appreciate your help!

Regards

You will need to buy online and have it shipped:

https://www.armstrongclarkstain.com/

https://www.twpstain.com/wood-and-deck-stains/twp-wood-stains/twp-200-series

The Defy Clear will not last as long as the TWP or AC. Annual recoat.
