My pergola top is made of 2 x 3 rough cedar, spaced to have a gap between each pair of at most about 1.5 inches.
I would like suggestions please about what tools are best for staining within the gaps between the wood members.
The pergola top is about 8 feet above the finish floor level of the deck.
