My deck was built in 2009 of pressure treated pine. I am in the Atlanta area and deck is in full sun most of the day. Originally stained in '09 with Benjamin Moore exterior stain, alkyd semi-transparent. Recently cleaned with Trucleanex deck and roof cleaner followed with pressure washing. Most of the stain has been removed. What should be my next step and should I stain with a semi-solid or semi-transparent?

Either would work but a semi-solid oil based penetrating stain like AC will give better UV protection.
