Hello Folks,
I am looking for a stain but not sure which is the best for me. My Situation:
I have a 10 year old Trex (the original stuff with not grain look) AND a 10 year old pressure treated Arbor (greyed). Neither have had any stains or treatments done to them. I want to try and stain them to look like a nice rosewood or a little lighter. I don't want to go with a solid, unless it becomes a must. I live in Northern Canada i.e. heavy winters, shoveling the deck to get to the hottub. So I am looking for something exceptional tough that I can get in Canada.
Tks in advance for your insight
Not sure what is available locally in your area. Maybe Penofin Stains. I would try contacting them to see.
I can get Sikens, Para, Cloverdale timberlox, BM Arborcoat, CIL woodcare, Sico, Olympic, Cabot, Sansin.
I will check on the Penofin
If you can find Penofin then I would use that. Second would be Olympic followed by Cabot as long as they are in the semi-transparent oil based formulas.
