We had our deck stained last year. The fellow who did it obviously didn't prepare the wood properly. It is now a total mess and we want to re do it. However, we are unsure if we can use a solid color stain. We live in Southwestern Michigan and the deck is in the sun most of the day. How can we fix our problem?
