I stained a cedar deck with Sikkens Cetol SRD, but applied too thick a coat. Now there are glossy areas that cover 60% of the deck . It's been drying for three days. Any remedies are appreciated

Don't think removal is nec. Sikkens suggested rubbing glossy areas with acetone
