North Georgia Shaded Deck

Pressure treated 15 yr. old black, algae and mold covered. I pressure washed it off. 85% of deck stays shaded by large oak trees and dries slowly. Have some residual stain left on deck where table sat. Need to sand off? Looking for transparent or natural color for flooring and semi-transparent in cedar for pickets. Area is about 900 sq. ft. of wood. Want product that does not need to be sanded off and is easy to recoat later. Have used big box products in the past with same problems listed throughout forum. Deck is surrounded by shrubs below.

I would use a stain stripper followed by a wood brightener to prep some more. A good penetrating stain like TWP or Armstrong Clark is great to clean and recoat as needed.
