The deck was put up about 9 months ago and it attached to a pool. It is also in full sunlight all day. Which is the best way to go if I like the natural wood look. It also needs to take a beating, I my kids and all the neighborhood kids playing in the pool all summer throwing their pool toys up on the deck.
I called in two guys for estimates and the one swears by Ready Seal but I see the reviews are not that great. The second guy is coming tomorrow so I will see what he recommends. Any thoughts on stain and color?

Ready Seal is a better then average stain, we just do not like that it fades faster as it never cures. Since it is only 9 months old, Ready Seal could be a good option the first time staining then switch to something like TWP in 12-18 months for better UV protection.
