Im about to hyperventilate

I am preparing to stain a lot of wood on and around my house. Old and new pine and cedar, vertical and horizonal, deck, walls, and overhead, treated and not. I just about decided on TWP Stain but the thought of having to strip any of this ever in my life time almost has me wanting to vomit. Based on what I have read I am thinking a medium colored, non-drying, oil base stain. What do you think? Any suggestions? Everything wood in the pics will be stained.
