On May 3rd, I decided to use a roller to apply a second coat of Behr clear waterproofing, I was very disappointed on the next day to see roller marks left on the deck. I am thinking of using basically a very fine scouring/buffering pad on my orbital to see if it can remove it with out removing the sealant.

Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance.

The only way to fix this is to remove all and start over with bare wood. BTW, you have an exotic hardwood deck. You need a stain designed for this wood type:
