Hey there. Got a problem with stain/oil that I’d love help with.

Problem with inconsistent finish
I’ve (hopefully) uploaded a couple pictures. The first is the photo after application of “Ipe Stain” product. The second is what it looks like 4 months later. Please tell me how to remove, prep, apply stain and what products to use. Thanks!
