So I’m doing this deck it was stained with super deck semi trans oil 2-3 years ago. I’m trying to apply a maintance coat but the 1 coat is laying down very tacky and very glossy. Why is this happening?
The 3 boards to the left are the ones I’ve brushed super deck on. The rest to the right is the old.
