I hired someone to wash and stain my 1-year-old deck. They powerwashed on Monday and stained on Tuesday. It rained the next evening. When it dried, I see these markings you see in the picture. Can anyone help? It's rained and dried several times and they remain.

Thank you for the quick reply. What I'm observing is that the exact same outlines are appearing after it gets wet.
