I sanded the horizontal and verticals boards to remove all Sickens. Do I have to wait four months to use TWP 100? I had to use a 40 grit sandpaper because the sickens was like rock. Living in Michigan I would like to seal it before winter.

Thank you so much. Just to clarify, I sanded the deck to the bone. Does the Restore Kit identify and remove mold dirt and algae the sander missed? This would explain a lot about areas that didn't seal very well in my past endeavors.
