Custom Tint Stain

I live on the waterfront in Tennessee and have a deck that is stained "copper green" to match the mansard roof.  Only the cedar railings are stained as the deck is natural garapa.  I originally used a Porter/PPG oil base product, but the last go round they had stopped producing it and i went with Sherwin Williams which was a huge mistake.  There are so few products that allow custom colors and i am at a loss as to what to apply now that i have the railings restored and cleaned.  Any ideas?
