I have a 9 year old composite deck that has faded and I debating whether or not to stain it.   It is NOT an encapsulated composite, so it should work.   Would be interested in hearing other peoples experience and results.  Oil or water based stain?  Durability of the stain? Which stain would you recommend? How did you apply?   Thanks.
