2 year old "new" deck

• 1. State you live in - Tennessee

• 2. Full Shade, Partial Shade, or Full Sun - Full Sun for half, Full shade under roof for half

• 3. Type of Wood - PT

• 4. Mold or Mildew Issues - Very little

• 5. Main Issues with Previous Stains - None

I have let my new PT deck age 2 years with nothing applied. Cleaned and brightened it with some light sanding where pressure washer left some fuzzy surfaces. I was about to head to Sherwin Williams or Home Depot and pick out some stain, but fortunately found this site. The info is very helpful.

I noticed Timber is recommended for new decks, but since mine is 2 years old is that needed or can I use the TWR?
