Wrap around covered deck, that needs to be revived in Arkansas. We sealed and stained about 10 years ago and haven’t treated it again. Where do I start? We just replaced the stairs which is the new wood you see.

Sand off the old stain now. Let all the wood weather until the Fall. Clean and brighten all wood then and apply one of these brands of stain:
