Friend of mine would like to renew the look of his deck. It had PEnofin and Preserve a Wood put on it a year and a half ago. Can he just use a brightener or should he do something else ? I told him about TWP 1500 series and he may do that with the redwood color stain. Can you tell me the steps he needs to do to make it a sucess. Please. Here is a pic of deck
