The attached pictures shows my deck after 3 attempts with Restore A Deck Stripper. I followed all the directions to the letter but my deck still has black spots all over it. Now what do I do? I tried a different deck cleaner but that failed too. I'm pretty much stuck at this point because I can't stain over this mess. Any ideas?
