Hello -
Summer of 2016 I power washed and refinished my redwood deck and it didn't last 1 year, the house is in South LAke Tahoe, CA so we had a LOT of snow but it's peeling all over. I used Cabot deck and fence finish but I think I should have used a different product. My questions:
1. what is the best stipper to get this off?
2. Do I need to use a brightner and lightly sand?
3. What is your recommendation for a stain that can withstand the elements?
