I'm about to embark on a huge deck restoration on a 3 story deck that has had no stain on it since it was built 8 years ago. What I was concerned with was starting on the top deck and having the cleaner and brightner leak down to other decks before I can get to those and clean as well? Will it leave spots, streaks etc? Or shall I start at the bottom and work up?
