Here is the review of their SRD which is for decks: br /> The DEK is not good as it creates a shine and peels.
We rarely sand decks as they can be a pain to do. I would sand off what you can then re strip to remove the rest. Brighten all when done.

I do not think that will strip off completely. Is it a solid color stain? Hard to tel from pictures.
