TWP 1500 Deck Stain - Any Advice

TWP would be a great choice if you can get it up there. Clean and brighten the railing. Make sure all mold is gone, then use the TWP.

Wood filler does not work on outside wood. As for solid stains, I would look at the Flood Solid stain.
