Deck Stain Questions and Answers

I have a job lined up to stain a 12' x 12' deck, which has the typical railing with 2" x 2" pickets around the deck. In addition there are steps measuring 8' in length from ground to the top of the deck that have the same side rails and pickets as the main deck has.
The customer has requested BRUSH application of the stain. I am trying to figure out how much to charge him for labor.
