One contractor wants to use 2 coats of
Benjamin Moore Arbor coat on decks in NY
Another wants to spray and sponge one cost of cabots semi solid stain. Both products got bad reviews on this site and not sure if application quality.Deck is pine.What product and application is best for this area. Total sun and harsh winters.
