Hi everyone and thanks in advance for the help and comments.

I'll start by qualifying that I'm not really a seasoned DIYer so please excuse any knowledge gaps.

My garage-top roof deck was in relatively moderate to rough shape, some splinters, deck boards not exactly even / leveled (worst is when the butts of the boards aren't perfectly level) - and the previous solid stain was just ghastly - so I decided to take it off and decided to just go with a paint resurfacer.

Tried stripping the deck stain but it was taking a very long time without much in terms of results. So went to menards and asked for help and they suggested using a primer and then paint over as the "easiest" solution - given the shape of the wood, suggested using Pittsburgh Revitalize (I had originally gone asking about the Rust-Oleum 6x).

Anyways, long story short, last night I primed by deck (its treated pine, not sure if that makes a difference) with Zinsser 123 plus (day before I cleaned and let the wood dry for ~20hrs, it was about 80F here in Chicago) - so it's all white right now - let it dry overnight. But now I'm rethinking if I should go with Revitalize (came across a bunch of negative reviews on these deck resurfacing products) or some other top coat over this primer.

Also, forgot to fill in holes / cracks in deck boards before priming. Which product should I use to do so? And should I prime on top of that again?

I'd appreciate any help / advise you can provide!

Use the Gulf products for fill, primer, and resurfacer: https://www.deckstainhelp.com/gulf-synthetics-deck-revive-review-2015/

Thanks for the help!

Given that my deck is sitting out there cleaned and primed already - is there another product that's sold at HD / Lowes / Menards that you might recommend? Candidly, trying to get something done soon before the weather comes back and I have to restart the whole drying / cleaning process all over again - next ~48hrs are free of rain as of now

I had gotten the light-duty Pittsburgh Revitalize paint from Menards that I had initially planned on using on the Zinsser 123 plus primed deck - those any good?

No, all products at those stores will peel. They have horrible reviews.
