I have local milled cypress to stain for my front porch columns. I am overwhelmed on what to use! I have stained kitchen cabinets before and used minwax and shellac then polyurethane, but this is a whole new ballgame for me! Everything I have been told is contradicted by something else! I currently have unopened Behr Premium Wood stain. Cannot find F & P or TWP around here and looks like little to no shipping for those because of COVID! Advice please!!
