Heat Reflective Stain recommendations

I'm in the process of stripping all the paint off a full sun deck. It builds up heat to the point the soles of my shoes feel like they might melt so I'd love a heat reflective stain. The ground tends to be at least 10- 15°cooler. I've found stains that claim to lower the temperature to the touch but not many reviews. Water resistance is a priority as well, in the winter we get daily rain. Thanks!

The only thing that seems to help reduce heat are lighter colored semi-transparent stains.
