Deck is located in upstate NY. Some of it is mostly shade and some is full sun. The first section of deck is over 20 years old while the most recent section is approx. 2 years old using pressure treated pine deck boards. The last product I used was Superdeck Deck & Dock year before last and it is peeling up where the dog walks all the time. I used it on both the deck and the posts. What is my best option for getting rid of the Superdeck and what can I replace it with? If I pressure wash and clean/brighten will that be enough or do I need to strip it and sand also, and what do I do with the posts that are not peeling? Please help! Thank you!

You cannot strip this off. The only way is to power sand it all off.

Ok. So using a fine grit paper, sand the whole deck and I will be back to square one where I can use a semi transparent stain on it? Then maybe I could color match the color of the stain with an exterior trim paint to go on the posts so I don't have to sand all of them too?

Not a fine grit, 60-80: https://www.deckstainhelp.com/how-to-sand-your-wood-deck/
