Need to cover ledges and spindles of stubborn stain that will not come all off. what solid brand would you recommend that would go over the remaining stain to cover it and still look nice and last?

Another solid-stain question: I live in a wood house that has Sikkens Cetol 1/23 on it. Is there a solid-color product that will go right over this? And last? I'm getting tired of the maintenance that Sikkens requires. Thanks much!
