Deck Prep: Masking & Protecting Areas

Hello. I have a deck off my back door and it is raised and adjacent to a wood fence. Underneath the deck is concrete, a drain, and two AC Units.

I'd like to thoroughly protect my house siding, the concrete, AC units, and fence.

Any tips/products for masking off and protecting areas? Tape? Paper? Plastic sheets? Drop cloths?

I'd also like to protect against overspray.
