Hi there!

I put new 2x6 pine boards down on my deck about 8 months ago. I used red chock lines for the places for me to screw in the deck boards.

I cleaned my deck last night working hard to remove the red chock lines. This morning I noticed I needed to clean the chock lines again and sprayed cleaner in a line where the screws are (not the entire deck). Rinsed everything and then applied the Brightner.  Now my deck has "lines" (cleaner deck sections) where I applied the additional cleaner.  This is pretty noticeable to me.

I have TSP 103 Dark Oak semi-translucent deck stain.  Will the deck stain blend everything in? Or do I need to go back to step 1 and re-clean the entire deck.  Pics attached.

Thanks!

No, it will not blend and look bad. Leave it alone for 1-2 months to weather away the lines and then redo the prep before staining.
