I'll be doing a semi-transparent stain in a gray color.  Do you think one is better than the other? Also, should I use the brand cleaning product that is from the same manufacturer?  I don't have any stain on it now and it is in very good shape.]]></content:encoded>

	Sherwin Williams.  The deck is two years old in good shape and is pressure treated.  I checked Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Rona, Lowes, Home Hardware and a few paint stores and these seem to be the only available products.  Any recommendations on which one to use? <br />]]></content:encoded>
