Retired psychologist. Restored 11 y/o deck in 1983 with TWP 300 series and it lasted until 2002, replaced with IPE deck. WOW!!! 300 was NOT the way to go. Thought about trying TWP 100, but after forum review going to try this summer: try RAD f/u: AC mahogany annually.
