60 grit is better for stain penetration. Let weather for a few months, clean and brighten for the prep.

Sue, the TWP can be reapplied with our sanding or stripping. Just prep with a deck cleaner to recoats.

I would not use any of those on a deck customer of ours. See if you can find Penofin or Sikkens in your area.
